Photo Contest Rules The annual photo contest is open to amateur U.P. photographers only, with a different theme each year. Focus, framing and content will all come into play in the judging. Photos taken during any season can be submitted. They should not be altered electronically in any way (PhotoShop, etc.) The top three photos will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of staff and area artists. The winners will be published in the September 2007 issue of God’s Country and receive a cash prize. Submissions are limited to one per photographer, and must include the photographer’s full name, hometown, phone number and a description of where the photo was taken. The deadline for submissions is July 1, 2007. Digital photos can be e-mailed to godscountryom@charter.net Hard copies should be mailed to:
